Increasing knowledge and improving the skills of farmers and foresters by a high level of technical and economic training

The project proposal has been developed in accordance with the set priorities 1.1. "Vocational training and skills acquisition" of Bulgaria - Rural Development Programme. The main objective of the project proposal is: Increasing knowledge and improving the skills of farmers and forest workers and their farms by achieving an adequate level of technical and economic training and increasing the capacity to access and exchange knowledge and information in the field of agriculture and forestry, such as with the knowledge and skills acquired, farmers and foresters can increase their competitiveness and resource efficiency, improve the environmental performance of their farms while contributing to a sustainable rural economy. The goal is achieved through: 1. Support for improving the economic performance of agricultural holdings and facilitating farm restructuring and modernization. 2. Support for entry into the sector of farmers with appropriate qualifications and promote continuity of generations. 3. Support for farm risk prevention and management. 4. Increasing the competitiveness, efficiency and efficiency of production processes by introducing innovation. 5. Increasing knowledge and skills in climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental protection and innovation. The objectives are achieved through the implementation of the following activities: - Training courses for farmers and employees on their holdings with a minimum duration of 150 hours - Training courses for forest managers and employees on their holdings with a minimum duration of 150 hours - Training courses for farmers and employees on their holdings with a minimum duration of 30 hours - Training courses for forest managers and employees on their holdings with a minimum duration of 150 hours - Seminars for farmers and employees. The target groups of the project proposal are farmers and foresters and employees on their holdings.
