Mycorrhization of saplings and fruit trees for the production of truffles

The project proposal is aimed at developing an innovative method for mycorrhaging finances and fruit-bearing fruits for truffle production. For this purpose they will work in partnership (operational group) of different specialists in the field - two farmers with their team and Institute for Ornamental and Medicinal Plants, as a representative of science. The project will be implemented in two locations. The project will be implemented in two locations. In plum fruit-growing garden, owned by AGROMID-2004 Ltd. in Brezovo, in an experimental field of 5 decares. and the city of Asenovgrad- a 2.2-acre orchard. , owned by Prof. Dr. Argir Zhivondov., where a technology for hazelnut seedlings will be developed, which will create prerequisites for offering a new product in the production of seedlings.The planned activities include research on the main problems related to the successful mycorrhization of fruit trees: study of soil structure and composition and comparative analysis with one of selected truffle sites; measures to optimize soil composition and structure in the plantation; development of a methodology for mycorrhiza- tion of saplings and fruit trees and its detailed painting; examination of truffle mycorrhiza in situ; evaluation of the mycorrhiza (every year) of the plantation; monitoring the overall phytosanitary status before and after inoculation with truffle mycelium; development of technology for mycorrhization of fruit trees of the Rosaceae family and of saplings. An office in Sofia will be hired to carry out the project, where the team will carry out the entire workflow, planning and tracking of the results. The office will also employ three people involved in the functioning of the CO. To secure the working process conditions, 6 pcs will be purchased. laptops and 1 pc. multifunctional device. The technique and office will be used by three members of the Task Force team and three people involved in its operation. Office supplies are also planned.
