Renovation of areas for wide public use in the town of Troyan

The project envisages renovation of areas for wide public use intended for the sustainable fulfillment of public needs of municipal significance representing: a park space (landed property with identifier 73198.502.297), located in UPI III - "For garden", kv.308 the cadastral map of the town of Troyan and a land property with identifier 73198.506.660 "Garden Lagat" Garden Park, located in UPI XII - For public service ", district No.323 according to the plan of the city of Troyan". The park is located in the Troyan central area(the garden in front of the cinema). The project envisages the construction of a new sidewalk, which will take a walk through the parking lot on "Dimitar Ikonomov - Dimitrikata" Street, to the park with pavement slabs. There is a ramp for disadvantaged people and appropriate flooring. A railing is provided on both sides of the ramp. Envisaged are also modernization of landscaping and park lighting and supply and installation of benches and waste bins. The municipal property in "Lagat" residential complex which is planned to be a city garden is now undeveloped, with grassed vegetation maintained. There is a new playground with play facilities nearby. The project envisages: - construction of a main and secondary alley network with seating extensions; - building a fountain near the playground; - seatings: benches in semicircular or sectional form with pergola; benches with oval or sectional shape with pergola; benches with oval or sectional shape without pergola; gabions with seats; - placing waste bins. The main expected result from the implementation of the project is the renovation of 11 162.4 square meters of land. In addition to the construction and installation works and the supply of the necessary equipment, the project also includes activities for author's and construction supervision and project management. Preliminary activities were also carried out on the development of the project and the preparation of technical projects.
