Repair and reconstruction of "Razvitie-1898" Community center, Oreshak, Troyan municipality

The present project envisages repairs and reconstruction of a site related to the cultural life of the municipality of Troyan, representing a municipal property, provided for free use by the "Razvitie - 1898" Cultural Community (Chitalishte) in the village of Oreshak. The building is a monolithic reinforced concrete structure with a built-up area of ​​940 square meters and a built-up area of ​​2260 square meters. It was built in 1968 and needs renovation and reconstruction. The main works are related to replacement of joinery, thermal insulation, replacement of the roofing and internal repairs. The following repairs are planned: - Casting of new reinforced concrete flooring on the ballast bed in the basement of the building; - Construction of a new outdoor chimney body, glued to the northern facade; - Replacement of the old wooden and metallic windows with PVC and aluminum, meeting the requirements of Ordinance №7 on energy efficiency, heat conservation and energy saving in buildings; - Thermal insulation of the entire building; - Dismantling and installation of existing outdoor air conditioners; - Refresh the facades and achieve a modern and fresh vision of the building; - Replacement of roof cover; - Renovation of existing chimneys; - Dismantling and installation of drains and gutters; - Installation of a new metal railing on the open ground from the east of the square, as well as the existing ramp beside it. In addition to the implementation of the works, the project also includes activities related to author and construction supervision and project management. Preliminary activity for project preparation has been carried out.
