"Workshop for traditional local life and culture"

The project "Workshop for Traditional Local Life and Culture" envisages equipment and differentiation of the environment for recreation of traditional local life and culture, and will be equipped with a room in the building of "Napredak-1870" Chitalishte, which will carry traditional local motives of embroidery, typical of the region, on modern media. There will be t-shirts of the amateurs, which currently have about 300 people. Souvenir sets will be made with embroidery for guest groups and guests of the Chitalishte. We will work with many community target groups - learners, retirees, people with specific needs and ethnic groups from the local community. In these groups, there is a need to meet different needs of a non-material nature, and these are - new knowledge and skills for the local lifestyle and culture, contacts with different social groups, social inclusion, leisure time activities with activities outside the Internet for young people, the need to transfer knowledge and skills from retirement groups to the younger generation, the promotion of products from the region . After that, the workshop will have meetings, presentations, discussions and demonstrations with the target groups. The workshop will present the unique identities on the territory of the Lyaskovets-Strazhitsa municipalities, in a new, innovative, contemporary and non-traditional manner the local lifestyle, culture and traditions. Activities for joint participation of the project target groups will be encouraged to ensure intergenerational continuity with the active participation of young people. Cultural tourism will develop. A new innovative approach to promoting the work of the workshop is building a multimedia wall on the facade of the building. The multimedia wall will provide the opportunity for every citizen, even if not connected with the community center, to receive up-to-date information about the work of the workshop and the local events and events taking place on the territory.
