"Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Street Network on the Terrotory of the Municipality of Harmanli"

The sustainable socio-economic development of each municipality is inextricably linked to the existing infrastructure and the quality of the services provided to the population. The project proposal ""Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Street Network on the Terrotory of the Municipality of Harmanli" aims at improving the living environment and access to cultural, educational, entertainment and other basic services for the population on the territory of the LAG Harmanli, through the reconstruction of public infrastructure - streets that meet the contemporary environmental requirements and enable the sustainable development of the society. Within the framework of the project, it is envisaged on the basis of an approved investment project, the implementation of activities on rehabilitation and reconstruction of streets in the town of Harmanli - "Kiril i Metodiy" Str. And "Kliment Ohridski" Str. The envisaged construction works include: earthworks, preparation of the groundwork for asphalt laying, shaping of the roadway along the approved regulation plan, laying of an asphalt mixture, vertical and horizontal signaling. With the construction of the infrastructure, communication and environmental problems will be solved at the regional level and will improve the aesthetic appearance of the settlement. In order to ensure the lawful execution of the construction, construction and author supervision activities will be carried out. As a result of the implementation of the project, the living environment in Harmanli will be improved as a prerequisite for providing a sustainable and environmentally friendly environment with higher quality of life and new opportunities for economic and social development. It will improve the attractiveness of the settlement and will provide access for 19 989 inhabitants of the municipality and 5 000 tourists visiting the municipal center to safe, sustainable and high ecological and aesthetic quality physical and living environment.
