Increasing the competitiveness of “Djambo-L” Ltd, producing fruit juices from raw materials

The candidate with this project is “Djambo-L” Ltd. This is a farmer who is growing permanent crops and for the last five years has been producing his own natural apple juice called “LINA”. The technology approach is to do with cold pressing which takes places in his own venue, and the produce is also stored in his own warehouse with a fridge. The project includes the purchase of pasteurizer for fruit juices which would replace his current one. The current pasteurizer is amortized and slow, as well as with low capacity. With this investment the competitiveness of the farm will be increased by improving the quality and taste of the fruit juices, and executing this project will mean the production and processing of all apples in the farm is covered. The project needs 83 200 LEV in investment and will be realized without credits or phases. Duration of the project – up to 24 months.
