The project envisages investment in technological equipment of a Modular Milk Processing Facility with a capacity of 250 liters per day and production of cheese, yoghurt and cheese, which is one of the main and traditional sectors of the food industry in Bulgaria. Dairy products are well established products on the Bulgarian market with a tendency to increase consumption by the Bulgarian consumer. Goat milk is very rich in beneficial lactic acid bacteria, and this indicator is far superior to most dairy products. This is due to the different eating habits of the goats. Gosho Zhelyazkov Peykov produces his own goat's milk production, which will process cheese, yoghurt and cheese. In connection with the expansion of its activity due to the increased interest in high quality dairy products of Gosho Jeliazkov Peikov wants to build a mobile dairy dairy in its own property in the land of the village of Ovcharovo, Harmanli, reg. Haskovo. With the purchase of new equipment, the quality of the products produced in the dairy will also be improved. The cost of materials will be reduced due to reduced marginal quantities of production raw materials. The investment envisages the purchase of a work mask with a sink - 2 pcs., A pasteurizer - a cooler, a siren bath, a shelf compartment 10,11.11,1,16, a domestic transport cart - 2 pcs, a refrigeration plant, a cheeseburger, , modular construction.
