Project proposal is aimed at providing modern technical equipment and furniture to the community centers in order to support the development of amateur forms of creativity among residents and access to cultural services. It is planned to purchase equipment and furniture for 9 chitalishte located in the territory of Kaspichan Municipality - "Probuda - 1928", town of Kaspichan, "Prosveta - 1911" Chitalishte - Pliska, "Hr.Botev - 1892" Markovo, Chitalishte "Osvobozhdenie - 1904" - Kalugerica quarter, "Stone pillar - 1888" Chitalishte - Kyulevcha village, "Vasil Levski - 1927" Chitalishte - Zlatna niva, 1886 Prosveta - Mogila "Hristo Botev - 1896" - Kaspichan village and "Vasil Levski - 1924" Chitalishte - village of Varbjane
