Construction of a factory for primary treatment and nuts packing, purchase of machinery and equipment

The current investment project includes building a facility for primary treatment and packing of nuts, shelter for keeping the walnut shells until they are treated to pellets, necessary for the needs of the enterprise and related to the construction activities: vertical planning / development / landscaping and fence. For the needs of production we will purchase walnut processing machines, technological equipment and the needed inventory for production. We will provide accordingly the appropriate ventilation for the production premises and the refrigeration installation which is vital for the storage of walnut kernel. In order to protect the environment and the most efficient use of resources in the production we will build a biological treatment plant and the pure water will be used for irrigation of green areas on the territory of the enterprise. When the walnut kernel is removed, a large amount of waste remains - walnuts. Because of this we decided to build a heating system that uses walnut shell pellets that will be made with the necessary pellet machine and hammer mill.
