It is envisaged to reconstruct the infrastructure to the Sports Complex - Park Garden, Popovo through the reconstruction of the "B" bench. The reconstructed tribune is located on a natural sloping terrain with access from the upper side. It is divided into 16 sectors (B1 to B16). Each sector consists of 10 rows with 9 seats per row or up to 90 seats per sector. The total number of seats in stand C is 1440 pcs. Installation of new plastic seats is planned on each row.
