Purchase of Attachments for the needs of Agricultural Producer Velin Bandrev for potato production

Applicant ZP Velin Rumenov Bandrev is a registered farmer since 2014. mainly engaged in vegetable production. At present 23,818 decares are leased and registered in the questionnaire of the PA, out of which 23,499 dka. planted with potatoes and 0.319 of arable land. The PP has applied for sub-measure application 4.1.2. "Investment in agricultural holdings under the Thematic Program for Small Farmers Development" aims to support the purchase of a tractor for the farm activities. Up to now, soil cultivation and harvesting are carried out by hired self-propelled and trailed machinery. With the purchase of its own tractor under sub-measure 4.1.2 and the investment under the present project of forklift cultivator with fertilizer, fertilizer spreader and sprayer, much of the cost of external services is dropped. At a later stage, it is envisaged to complement the necessary equipment through RDP or as second-hand. The applicant is a young farmer, for whom a certificate of vocational training from 21.09.2018 was presented. and the investment is made in a disadvantaged region - Blagoevgrad, municipality Hadjidimovo, Koprivlen village properties with identifiers: 38532.33.21, 38532.33.20 and reg. Blagoevgrad, municipality Hadzhidimovo, village of Gaytaninovo14341.23.43, 14341.23.33. The standard production volume of the PP is EUR 7,929.80, which is why 60% funding is requested. The project proposal is accompanied by 3 sample offers to suppliers of agricultural machinery, and the project has the lowest price obtained. If necessary, a Contract will be submitted and a procedure will be carried out in accordance with Decree 160 of the Council of Ministers of 01.07.2016, according to the technical parameters approved by the State Fund "Agriculture".
