Purchase of agricultural machinery

The project aims to increase the competitiveness of the TURKYAN BEAHAN BAIRAKTAR farm and provides for the purchase and putting into operation of tangible fixed assets directly related to the agricultural activity of the applicant, leading to increased productivity, quality, improvement of working conditions and a precondition for creating sustainable employment in the farm. The project includes the purchase of: NEW HOLLAND Tractor, model TD5 105 T4A - 1 piece for BGN 125505,64; SIGMA front loader, model CHROME M30 - 1 piece, amounting to BGN 22491,70, as well as consultancy services related to the preparation and implementation of the project, amounting to BGN 7390,00 excluding VAT. The total value of the project is 155387,34 BGN excluding VAT. The choice of the necessary agricultural equipment and its technical characteristics has been made in accordance with the applicant's needs, the size of the arable land and the types of crops it cultivates and plans to grow, and the Agricultural Equipment Capacity Assessment Calculator - Appendix 25-A. The applicant does not have his own agricultural machinery. The Candidate's holding at the time of application is made of Corn -100 acres, Sunflower - 90 decares, Lucerna - 100 decares, Natural meadows 3,763 decares, and 82,9 decares of fallow land. The total cultivated area is 376.66 decares. The size of the farm is 17042,23 Euro. After the realization of the project plans are cultivated - Maize -100 decares, Sunflower -100 decares, Lucerna -100 decares and 76,663 decares to be set aside, with a farm size of 17537,31 Euro. The implementation of the project will improve the overall activity of the applicant's farm, increase its competitiveness by: - the introduction of new technologies in the production and modernization of physical capital; - Implementation of new products, processes and technologies and renewal of available production assets - Which will directly improve the quality of agricultural products produced.
