This project includes renovation / improvement of an existing park in the central part of Dzhebel in order to meet modern requirements for function and aesthetics of such spaces and make the area an attractive place for meetings, recreation and sports of different ages. The aim of the technical project is for the park to have a modern vision with a clear functional-volume composition and artistic-aesthetic qualities. The main activity of the project is the renovation of the existing park, as the implementation of the following types of sub-activities is planned and set: 1) Construction of a new park alley network; 2) Construction of a new playground; 3) Construction of an outdoor fitness area; 4) Construction of a wooden gazebo; 5) Replacement of the tiles on the sidewalks bordering the park; 6) Delivery and installation of new benches and trash cans; 7) Construction of a new sidewalk / alley / in the park, bordering the parking lot; 8) Making a new decorative fence; 9) Construction of a bicycle stand; 10) Making new park lighting; 11) Construction of an automatic irrigation system. The following general costs are included: Costs for the preparation of technical projects, costs for the preparation of cost benefit analysis and preparation and completion of the project proposal, costs of exercising the author's supervision, the cost of exercising construction supervision, the cost of management consulting services and project reporting, the cost of preparing tender documentation for the conduct of Public procurement Act procedures.
