The project provides for the working-out of folk costumes to ensure the activity of a group for authentic songs to the chitalishte - 15 singing costumes (female costumes of the first type), 4 costumes for dancing (women's costumes of the 2nd type) and 2 male costumes. In order to determine the value of the materials and raw materials to be used, as well as the labor value to be applied in production, market consultations are conducted. Since the applicant is a company not registered under the VAT Act and VAT is irrecoverable, the value of the project includes VAT. As a result of the consultations, three offers were received, according to the offer of the company, the lowest price was a total value for all folk costumes (21 pieces) - BGN 5 777.94 with VAT, of which BGN 3 466.80 with VAT are for the materials used and BGN 2,311.14 with VAT refer to the labor employed.
