Park Development and Public Works in PI 73242.501.324 on the Cadastral map of the village of Trud, Maritsa Municipality - first stage

The project envisages park development and development in the IP 73242.501.324 on the Cadastral map of the village of Trud. The object of the project is the park in district 10 of the village of Trud, which has an important functional significance for the social, cultural and historical life of the village and of the municipality as a whole, as the village of Trud is the largest settlement in the municipality of " Maritsa ". The municipality applies with the first stage of the investment project, which envisages the construction of an alley network and recreation grounds as well as sidewalks and parking lots. The project also envisages a sports sector, playgrounds, stadium, landscaping and furnishings, which will be carried out by the Municipality of Maritza at a later stage - they are not the subject of the present project proposal. The development of the park in the village of Trud will meet the needs of the local community for more places for recreation and sport. The project proposal is also in line with the priorities of the Municipal Development Plan 2014-2020 as well as with the Rural Development Program. The realization of the project will help to increase the attractiveness and to keep the interest of the young and active people in the settlements from the Maritsa Municipality. The preservation and development of human capital, especially in rural areas, is crucial for economic development, and hence for reducing poverty and reducing disparities in territorial development. The project will also significantly affect the quality of life, increase the comfort of residents and visitors of Trud village and Maritsa Municipality, will create conditions for harmonious and sustainable development of the territory.
