"Modernization of the Fruit and Vegetable Processing Plant in Property № IV - 1905, sq. 601 of PUP of "Gen. Nikolaev ", Rakovski, 2A Mihail Dobromirov Str. - STAGE 1 "

The project proposal is a modernization of a processing plant for fruit and vegetables in Bulgaria Property № IV - 1905, sq. 601 of PUP of "Gen. Nikolayev ", Rakovski, 2A Mihail Dobromirov Str., And includes the reconstruction of an administrative (service) building and the purchase, installation and commissioning of a line for the production of a wide range of fruit spruces and fruit creams that are used as fillings or for the decoration and flavoring of confectionery. The applicant includes in the project proposal a new method and a way to solve the local problems and weaknesses of the territory by creating a working laboratory and not using such outside the LAG territory with the reconstruction of a service administrative building. With the introduction of new products and equipment for their production, the applicant creates new products for the territory - fruit sprays and creams. Therefore, 100% of the investment costs are related to innovations in the enterprise. With the realization of the project a new job is created. An Energy Efficiency Report has been prepared to achieve an energy-efficient production process for the production of fruit creams and puddings as part of the plant's production sheet. Using state-of-the-art manufacturing technology requires a long-term investment and a strategy for implementing modern solutions in the sector, which in turn will enhance the ability to maintain a high level of enterprise competitiveness. This project is part of the company's development strategy, the aim being to ensure production with sufficiently adequate technological equipment for modern production. The forecasted new, modern, high-performance equipment will be entirely made of stainless materials and those that are allowed to come into contact with food.
