The project envisages the development of an existing park in UPI I, district 63 Strazhitsa. The property is municipal property and is located in the central part of Strazhitsa town. On the territory of the park there are started and unfinished structures and architectural elements. The refurbishment is related to the repair of the existing parts and the construction of new ones. The proposed new elements include building new steps and building new reinforced concrete foundations. There will be benches for relaxation and lighting fixtures. The project also includes the construction of an attraction tower, the installation of handrails, flower pots, recreation sheds and more. The project activities are in line with Priority 4 "Accessibility and Quality of the Living Environment", Specific Objective 4.2 "Improving the Appearance and Connectivity of the Settlements", Measure 4.2.1. "Rehabilitation of Public Areas" of the Municipal Development Plan of the Municipality of Strazhitsa for the period 2014-2020.
