"Purchase of specialized equipment, cooling bus and finishing works of a building for fruit processing and drying in the village of Breznitsa"

The present investment project is aimed at the realization of a workshop for the processing of organic fruit strawberries and raspberries in main products - frozen strawberries and raspberries. The aim of this project is to implement the technology for processing raw fruits by introducing modern and high-quality equipment and the purchase of specialized refrigerated transport equipment. The present investment project provides the opportunity for financial assistance to ET Ahmed Grosar - 2003 for completion of construction of a building for processing, purchasing and installation of equipment and purchase of specialized transport means by procedure through selection of project proposals № BG06RDNP001-19.039 under Measure 2-4.2 "Support for investment in the processing, marketing and / or development of agricultural products". The aim of the project is to improve the overall activity of the company, its economic efficiency and competitiveness, through the processing of fruit. The investment in the project is intended for the purchase of new technological equipment and the start of work in the refrigeration workshop. It is mainly related to the processes of processing, freezing, storing and realization of the agricultural produce (fruit) - strawberries and raspberries. The foreseen technological investment guaranteeing the production of frozen fruits is a necessary condition for the implementation of the "raw material - finished product" process, for the precise quality, competitiveness and timely realization of the production, meeting the requirements of the European Food Safety Standards. The reasons for the implementation of the project are related to the fact that every year there has been an increase in the demand for this product in the region and across the country. The good taste characteristics of the Bulgarian summer and autumn varieties of raspberries and strawberries make the produce of the candidate attractive for European consumers as well.
