The project includes the construction of a new building in place of the old dilapidated building, for public service of the population of Dobrogled, on one floor with a total area of 144,30 sq. m. The building has a cultural center, a library, an office for the mayor of the village, as well as service rooms. The new building is designed in accordance with all modern legal requirements, and in architectural aspect it is consistent with the type of construction of the village.
