Repair and reconstruction of an existing community center in Regulated plot V-1, district 11, according to the plan of Yarebichna village, Aksakovo municipality

The project includes renovation and reconstruction of the building of the community center in the village Yarebichna, which was built in the 1950s and is a massive building with an area of 145,50 sq.m. The building has an entrance, hall, a stage and a dressing room. A separate external entrance is provided for the dressing room. From the entrance by a wooden ladder is reached to a partial second level, which is a balcony to the hall. There isn`t bathroom in the building. The structure is massive with massive walls, partially stone and brick with an average thickness of 50 cm. The floor is wooden and the roof is sloped with wooden beamwork and tiled roof. The joinery is wooden - obsolete, the facades of the building are treated with cement sprayed plaster. Reconstruction included: replacement of the roof; replacement of the joinery and laying of thermal insulation on the facades, in accordance with an energy efficiency; contraction of WC; building activities for internal renovation of the premises.
