The project proposal is aimed at creating, improving and expanding small-scale infrastructure through investments as they are a key factor in creating a competitive and sustainable environment. Through the project proposal the applicant envisages to introduce measures for improving the energy efficiency of a municipal building offering services to the population of the municipality, namely: - "Hristo Botev - 1927" Chitalishte. The planned activities are external insulation of the building as well as replacement of joinery. The measures will include improved energy efficiency indicators, which will reduce the cost of cooling / heating and reduce greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.
