Construction of ICT infrastructure in the building of Aksakovo municipality

An analysis of the situation of the SDI Strategy of the Devnya-Aksakovo LAG points out that in order to improve the service of citizens and business and the introduction of electronic services by the state institutions, it is imperative to improve and update the ICT infrastructure in the administrative buildings and the communication links between the populated places. Communications have played a decisive role in the development of administrative services to citizens in recent years. Communication systems must provide effective management of ever-increasing data streams coming from different sources (office applications, e-mail, other software packages, video materials, etc.) The current trend in solving this problem is to collect all these systems into a single network with a single wired infrastructure. The present project proposal provides for the construction of the entire structural wiring of the Aksakovo municipal administration building in order to improve the efficiency of the communications, which are the basis for the quality of service to citizens and the provision of electronic services to the citizens and the business. Within the framework of the project, passive and active infrastructure will be built, server rooms will be equipped to meet the requirements of the built system and the efficient processing of the database in the municipal administration.
