Expansion of the activity of Kamelia Ltd by building a car wash and finishing works in a car service

Project "Expanding the activities of the Kamelia Ltd by building a car wash and finishing works in a car service" aims to increase the competitiveness and market share of the company, by improving the quality of auto repair services and diversifying the activity. The project will meet all environmental and resource efficiency requirements, which will contribute to the implementation of one of the Company's core policies- developing a socially responsible business through the introduction of environmental practices. The company owns a car service, located in the town of Harmanli, a property with identifier №77181.26.11 according to the city's cadastral map. The objectives of the project will be implemented with the following activities: - Construction and equipment of car wash for external and internal cleaning of 3-section cars and boiler room, laying outdoors on the adjacent premises and building an open-air fence. «Kamelia» Ltd. has a prepared investment project, having obtained Building Permit- for constructions V th category, issued by Harmanli Municipality. The project envisages heating by pellet boiler as well as photovoltaic installation- an autonomous power source. For the purification of the wastewater, a sludge is provided. -Addition of Machine for Retracting the Cylinder Head Beds, , which will significantly shorten the terms for one of the company's main auto repair services. Once the investment has been completed, 2 additionalwork placeswill be created to the existing 4, which will contribute to the fulfillment of one of the priorities of the program,namely the creation of sustainable employment,and from thereand raising the standard of living in rural areas. Costs for consultancy services are also included in the projectfor preparation of project documentation, management and reporting. Total project cost: BGN 361803,55. The investment realization period is 24 months
