Construction of a repair workshop for construction equipment

The investment intentions of ABS Stroy Ltd. are the construction of a repair workshop for construction equipmentin Regulated Land I, square 18 according to the Detailed Development Plan of the Industrial Zone in the town of Harmanli. The owner of the property is "ABS Stroy",with an existing "Concrete node" in it. The firm owns its own transport and conveying equipment, which needs to be maintained and repaired. The future workshop will be made of a metal bearing structure measuring 60.55m by 12.50m, , built-up area 760m2, with double-sided roof. The project envisages "Metal Shelter for repairing the construction equipment" -500m2, as well as a "repair shop for construction equipment" -145m2. On the first floor will be located "Room for staff", "Sanitary premises", "Warehouse" and "Boiler Room".On the second floor there will be a "Premises for storage", the two floors will be connected to a metal ladder. The investment project has been granted a Building Permit - Vth category № 27 /20.06.2018 from the Municipality of Harmanli. The project envisages measures for energy efficiency and green economy,heating installation with a solid fuel boiler will be installed –pellets, with power 32000W.The boiler will comply with the requirements of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1189 of 28 April 2015.implementing Directive 2009/125 / EC of the European Parliamentand the Council as regards the ecodesign requirements for solid fuel boilers (OB L 193, 21 July 2014), for which a document has been issued by the manufacturer.The project also includes a solar installation for boiler service. After the investment, one additional workplace will be opened to the existing 8,which will contribute to the fulfillment of one of the priorities of the program,namely the creation of sustainable employment,and hence raising the standard of living in rural areas.
