Building a Beauty Salon in the town of Harmanli

Dan Mar 2017 Ltd. is a start-up firm,who wants to develop a new business in the field of services.The idea is to create a new Beauty Salon in the town of Harmanli, which will include hairdressing, manicure, pedicure, cosmetics and massage.The manager of the company wishes to offer customers a way to change their lifestyle, by regularly using different procedures offered by the salon.The target group that will include the salon are people of all ages,regardless of gender, ethnicity or business level. Dan Mar has commissioned the design of the investment project in PI 77181.12.322 on the Cadastral map of the town of Harmanli,on Lule Bourgas Street.The salon has two entrances - one for clients and one for the staff. From the main entrance you enter a large room, where you will find places for: reception, hairdresser, manicure and pedicure.At the bottom of the building there will be two rooms - cosmetic and massage studio respectively. A bathroom is also scheduled as well as a staff room.The investment project has been granted a Building Permit №74 / 22.08.2018,issued by the Municipality of Harmanli. The total value of the construction works is BGN 140726.92. The project envisages the purchase of electrical household appliances, air conditioners 2 pcs. manicure equipment 1pc. and for cosmetics 1pc, hairdressing equipment for two workplaces, furniture - their total value is BGN 44 376.80. For the correct entry, management and reporting of the project a contract for consultancy services has been concluded.The project also includes expenses for author's supervision. After the investment, a minimum of 4 new workplaces will be created, which will contribute to the fulfillment of one of the priorities of the program, namely the creation of sustainable employment and hence the raising of living standards in rural areas. The total cost of all project costs is BGN 197031,71 with VAT as the company has no VAT registration. The project will be completed within 24 months.
