Reconstruction, modernization and improvement of energy efficiency of "Damianitza" winery

The project proposal "Reconstruction, Modernization and Improvement of the Energy Efficiency of Damyanitsa Winery", with which the company is applying for financing of activities for carrying out ongoing repair of the Botanical Department substation of Damianitza Winery, plans / includes the following investments: - Dismantling - removal of sheet metal, fasteners, masonry, doors, windows, tins and removal of compromised and deformed bitumen waterproofing from the main roof and roof ramp; - Masonry - on the façade, over a laboratory and over a shelter in front of a bottling line, stowing existing openings under a loading ramp; - Facade treatments - thermal insulation on façade walls, heated and unheated rooms, around EPS 100 openings, exterior pilasters, facade plasters and through the openings pages, etnithic panels; - Thermal insulation - on the underside of the slab; - Heat and waterproofing of main roof, laboratory, roof boards; - Tinsmith's work - hatches of galvanized sheet metal on the main roof, above the loading ramp detail 1, over the laboratory and load ramp detail 2, in the joint between the main volume of the building and the visor above the loading ramp; - Steam or sand blasting on lower surface panels and beams on the roof railing facade; - Window frames - Delivery and installation of facade joinery, cleaning and repainting of the metal part of an existing door and window; - Various types of work - Screw cisterns in detail for pipes, Roof drainage side and bottom drainage, stairs for access to the roof, incl. of the loading ramp, cleaning of the premises before handing over the site, hand-loading of construction waste on a truck / tipper /, removal of construction waste. With the qualitative implementation of the project Damianitza winery will fulfill the energy efficiency recommendations from the report on the investigation of the buildings of the Damianitza winery. The result we will achieve is a renovated / upgraded bottled area sub-unit.
