With a project proposal "Repair of the building of Community center " Kiril Petrov - 1922 ", village of Staliyska mahala, Lom municipality" will be implemented: • Dismantling the roof panels and partial repair of the roof structure • Installation of two mini-ramps to the outlets of the viewing hall that will be used to access people with mobility problems to meet the requirements of an Ordinance • Installation of new gutters and drainage pipes • Complete replacement of external windows with PVC and external entrance doors with aluminum ones. • Thermal insulation of the slab above the second level in the roof space • Thermal insulation package on the facade • Heating with air conditioners for the relevant premises The total built-up area of the building is 1 350 sq.m. No demolition and new walls, as well as constructive interventions, are foreseen. They are preserved as a type of flooring and coatings on walls and ceilings.
