Open for Opan

The project proposal Open for Opan is aimed at organizing and conducting a month of cultural, historical and natural heritage in Opan municipality under the motto “My hometown”, which corresponds to the main objective of the project. They will be held within a month: -4 creative workshops where children will learn about their past, natural assets, folklore traditions, customs and costumes of the region and will transform and store them in paintings; -children's art festival with an exhibition of their works reflecting the cultural and historical heritage, traditions and customs in Opan municipality. Children's art festival with an exhibition and creative workers will be held with the students in the village of Opan. In each creative workshop up to 20 children will be divided into two groups. All participants in the creative workshops will enrich their knowledge of local cultural heritage and folklore and will be introduced to different drawing techniques. Creative workshops will be 4 as follows: -landscape /participants will get acquainted with old typical houses in the settlement, which they will turn into their drawings/. They will learn important features about landscape painting; -naturalist /students will learn about the history of tombstones in Opan municipality and learn techniques for painting natural landscapes /; -abstract painting-children will learn how to create landscapes and reflect the cultural and historical heritage in the municipality through this approach; -cultural and historical and folklore traditions-the participants in the workshop will get acquainted with the local folklore customs, traditions, costumes, and then recreate them in their paintings. To fulfill the main goal of the project, drawing materials will be purchased for each of the creative workshops and for the children's art holiday with the exhibition, sound equipment for the children's art holiday and promotional materials for presentation is to promote the activity.
