Investments in specialized construction equipment for excavation activities

The project envisages the purchase of specialized construction equipment for excavation activities. A mini excavator and a backhoe loader will be purchased when it is implemented. To determine the marginal value of the above technique, a market survey based on three offers was made on request. The limit value is determined by the "Lowest price" criterion. For the preparation of the application documents as well as the project management is a selected company offering consulting services in the field of preparation and management of projects under European programs. The consultancy firm's choice is based on the "lowest price" criterion. For the storage of the purchased equipment, a contract was signed for renting a premise, which will be used as a garage. The equipment provided for purchase will be delivered after the procedure "Selection of a contractor with a public invitation", according to the requirements of the OCM 160 and the instructions of the RDP Managing Authority. As a result of the implementation of the project "Razlog Communication" LTD: - will be able to independently take over, control and execute orders for construction and repair works; - quality will be improved and the execution time for the construction services will be reduced; - the range of services offered will be extended by using the mini excavator and the additional attachments (snow paddle and hydro hammer); - 3 new jobs will be created; As a final result, the project will lead to an increase in the beneficiary's competitiveness as well as to a sustainability of the company's activities in the field of construction and repair works.
