Construction and equipment of the Sports Center in Razlog

The project proposal is for the construction and equipment of a new and modern multi functional Sports Center in the town of Razlog, which combines different types of individual and group activities for leisure time. The center will host fitness training, gymnastics, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Aerobics and others. Beneficiaries of the newly built Sports Center will be the residents of the municipality of different age and social groups, guests from neighboring municipalities, part of the numerous tourists in Razlog and Bansko. For the realization of its investment intention "PRO INVEST-RAZLOG" EOOD has commissioned a Technical Project and has received a Building Permit on its own property. The designed building is one-store, with a built-up area of 570 sq. and a surrounding area with car parking and a bicycle parking lot. The functional distribution of the premises corresponds to the sports activities planned for them. The common areas create opportunities for rest and social contacts in a comfortable and aesthetic environment. Access is also designed for people with physical disabilities, as well as for sports activities for children and people with disabilities. The location of the center, at the beginning of the city and in the vicinity of the main road Blagoevgrad-Bansko-Gotse Delchev, is convenient and accessible to both locals and tourists. In the announced procedure under measure 6.4. by the LAG of the LAG-Razlog, the Applicant sees a favorable opportunity to provide a 50% grant. On the quantity bills prepared by the designer, the canon has collected and compared three bids and has signed a contract with a contractor for the execution of the construction - the construction and equipment of the site. With the implementation of the project, 6 new jobs will be opened. The sports center will be open daily for 12 hours. New services related to leisure time and physical activity will be created on the territory.
