Construction of a hall for the production of a knitted metal meshe within the scope of Reg. XVIII, 61813.750.5212, 101 according to the plan of the town of Razlog, Razlog municipality and delivery of a machine for production of a knitted metal meshe.

Under this project will be build industrial unit for producing metal meshes, within the scope of Reg. XVIII, 61813.750.5212, 101 of the Razlog Plan, Razlog Municipality, taking into account the limiting lines of construction and the maximum admissible values of the parameters of construction and will be deliver a machine for production of a knit metal meshes. The main part of the investment is the construction of a production hall in which to be delivered a knitting machine for a fencing meshe and where to be develop the production process in order to diversify the activity of AIK 79 Ltd. and to be increase the competitiveness of the company.The dimensions of the building are 20m x 26m. At elevation ± 0.00 there will be a production room and staff premises. The construction of the building is steel, with non-bearing partitions of thermal insulating panels and plasterboard. The outer partition walls will be filled with 80 mm thick thermal insulation panels to create a normative microclimate and stop the heat from inside out. Within the project, 1 piece of knitting machine will be purchased for a high-quality fencing meshes with a capacity of up to 200 linear meters per day in a one-shift operation mode and up to 400 linear meters per day in a two-shift operation mode. Main processes is related to production of a high-quality knit metal meshes for fencek with capacity: 180-200 meters per day. The metal mashes are used to be build temporary fencing of construction sites, they are the most popular mashes for fencing private and commercial yards. The main advantage of these meshes are their strength and wide range of combinations of body thickness and mesh size. The successful implementation of the project will contribute to the development of a brand new production, which is currently missing in the developing region of Razlog municipality
