Renovation and Implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures of Chitalishte "Prosventiation-1871" Strelcha - First Stage: "Renovation and Implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures in Chitalishte Main Building".

The project proposal provides for the renovation of the main building of NS "Prosveshtenie 1871" by implementing energy efficiency measures. The project has been prepared according to the envisaged energy saving measures from the Energy Audit Report developed and the legal norms in force. The complex covers the following volumes of buildings - a two-storey building of the Chitalishte with G-shaped form with built-up area 879 m2, a building library consisting of two buildings with a total area of ​​155 m2 (one storey) and 130 m2 (three-storey). They are connected with each other and each has a separate entrance for visitors. The individual buildings of the complex are provisionally divided into Corps A, B, C, D and E. The building of the Chitalishte "Prosveshtenie-1871 g." was built in 1964 and comprises three hulls - Corps A, Corps G and Corps D. The purpose of the project is to ensure energy saving and heat preservation, safe operation, hygiene, health and people's lives, while at the same time improving the overall aesthetic appearance of the building. The following types of activities are envisaged: thermal insulation of walls and roof structure, replacement of window frames, replacement of lighting, supply of heating and cooling equipment.
