The project envisages implementation of energy efficiency measures for the building of the town hall in the village of Debrene, Sandanski Municipality. Within the framework of the project, the following energy saving measures will be implemented, namely: - Thermal insulation of the outer walls; - Thermal insulation of the roof; - Replacement of the old joinery with a PVC profile system and a glass package; - Thermal insulation of floor; - Installation of inverter air conditioners for room heating;
