"Main refurbishment and rehabilitation of the Chitalishte building in the village of Polenitsa, located in UPI IX, quarter 13 according to the plan of the village and improvement of the adjacent yard area to satisfy the local residents"

The existing building of the Chitalishte in the village of Polenitsa, Sandanski Municipality, has damaged the structural elements, which has led to many inconsistencies with the possibility to bring this building in a state that complies with the current statutory requirements of the TDA and the building regulations.The project proposal envisages the construction of a new building of a community center in the village of Polenitsa, in order for the building to restore its main cultural purpose and to preserve its character for the village and its inhabitants and guests. The building will be on one floor divided into two main premises with a bathroom and a storage room. One of the main rooms will be used for dancing and the second main room for a library.
