Purchase of equipment for the raw milk processing plant

Radoslava Stancheva Rogva-Stefanova is a registered farmer. Her main activity is breeding dairy cattle and the cultivation of agricultural land for the production of fodder. In 2015 she builds a raw milk processing plant. The project proposal provides for an extension of the capacity of the existing plant. The milk processing workshop is located in Kotlenitsi, Dobrichka municipality, Dobrich district, in a land property owned by Radoslava Stancheva Rogva-Stefanova. In the region of Kotlenitsi, Dobrich municipality there are currently no small and medium-sized processing plants. The investment in this project proposal is focused on the processing of cow's milk into the final product and its sales through the purchase of new technological equipment. The enterprise will produce dairy cow's milk products, namely: cheese, cheese with olives, yellow cheese, yoghurt, fresh pasteurized milk and butter. The products will be of constant quality and taste, with guaranteed production hygiene and traceability of the product, as 100% of the raw material is its own production.
