The project proposal is aimed at the purchase of a Universal soaking chamber with horizontal stream, which if essential importance to the company. The project will include the construction of a purpose-fit building for thermal treatment of poultry meat, where the machine will be installed and put into production. The processing of poultry products will correspond to all acting veterinary and sanitary requirements and ordnances of the Bulgarian and European legislation for food processing. The production building is designed in accordance with all veterinary, sanitary and ecological conditions for its function. The production facility will produce a single food product – thermally treated preparations from not-minced poultry meat. The production process will use fresh refrigerated poultry meat in the following order: • Receipt, inspection and categorization of meat, condiments, additives and additional materials needed for the production process. • Machine processing of the meats needed for the production of thermally treated poultry meat preparations. • Labeling, packaging, expedition and storage of the products. • Quality control The production will be randomly probed and sampled according to a specific monitoring program and samples will be tested in a laboratory. All samples have to pass safety standards, and each test result should be within health and safety parameters. Every sample will have adjacent documentation for the test results. For the purposes of the production 5 people will be hired on full-time work contracts with 8-hour daily, five-day week work time.
