"Improving the Educational Infrastructure of the Municipality of Valchi Dol - Overhaul and Reconstruction of the Unified School" St. Ivan Rilski "- UPI I, quarter 54, village of Cherventsi, municipality of Valchi dol"

The project envisages to carry out repairs - major repairs and reconstruction of the building of the school of "St. Ivan Rilski ", including construction and assembly works covered in Stage I. It is envisaged the implementation of a thermal insulation system on brick walls, which also provides for the reversal of windows and insulation of concrete eaves. Firefighting measures will also be carried out-firewalls of mineral wool to prevent the spread of fire. Heat will also be applied to the roof. When changing the joinery, the interior will be reversed with plasterboard with gypsum plaster. Replace the drainage pipes, gutters and catchment cisterns that are heavily damaged by long-term operation and weather.Pavements will be repaired, internal plastering will be repaired, interior walls and ceilings repaired, lighting fixtures will be replaced and the heating system will be reheated.Following the set goals, the expected results are improving the quality and standard of living, reducing the disproportions in territorial distribution, improving the educational environment in the municipality of Valchi Dol and in particular the v. of Cherventsi. The target groups are: Students in and the staff of "St. Ivan Rilski ", v. of Cherventsi-168 people; The inhabitants of the village of Cherventsi-424 people; The inhabitants of Valchi Dol municipality-9597 people. The objectives of the project are described in the section "Objective (s) of the project proposal".The implementation of the project proposal will directly affect economic development and competitiveness in Valchi Dol Municipality as it will provide better access to educational services. Improvement of performance and appearance will improve the attractiveness of the v. of Cherventsi as a place to live. In this way the support will contribute to the limitation of the disproportions in the territorial distribution of the population and the depopulation of the rural areas, part of which is the Municipality of Valchi Dol.
