The project proposal is aimed at purchasing new technological equipment for primary processing of wood - 1 pc. four-sided processing machine for the processing of coniferous boards and beams, which the company sells directly after drying in its own drying chambers. The additional processing of the wood will increase the value added of the final product and hence the price of the product. The functionality of the machine targeted by the investment is aimed at the end products (beams and boards) being perfectly rounded and with treated surfaces, which products will subsequently be used for the furniture industry by enterprises in the whole region. The project will be realized on the territory of a carpentry workshop at 61813.750.66, UPI XI in the 101 district of the town of Razlog and a lease agreement with the owner Mihail Kuzmanov is presented to the company MIHAL Ltd. , candidate for the project. The total value of the investment under the project amounts to BGN 85,700 (eighty five thousand and seven hundred levs), excluding VAT.
