"Construction of park in Balchik"

The park of Balchik will be built in a designated for this purpose terrain (in area 157, UPI I according to the plan of Balchik), located to the south of residential area "Balik". It has an area of ​​about 9600 sq.m. and with a characteristic shape - considerable length - about 160 meters with a width ranging from 14 to 32 m. The main task of the project is the development of aesthetic and safe recreational environment with distinctive functional zones suitable for pedestrian communication, recreation, social and cultural events, children's games and activities. The distinct zones are: 1. ZONE CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND AND A WATER EFFECT AREA is designed for children from 3 to 12 years. It is organized in the widest part of the park, near the residential area in this part of the city. The playground is designed according to the requirements for construction of such objects. There is a gazebo and four facilities offering different kind of activities for children. 2. ZONE WITH ROSES will be located in the southern part of the park. 3. ZONE FLOWER GARDEN will be formed at one of the main entrances to the park. In the park several other places for relaxation are formed in several places. It is also envisaged the construction of lighting, plumbing and sewerage. The park on its long axis tangents to the archeological finds from the Karvuna fortress and to the west of it will develop the territory for a new sports complex. The current investment proposal increases the opportunities for outdoor recreation of the residents of "Balik" and "Horizont", and improves the quality of the environment in the area.
