The project proposal envisages the construction of an auto complex in the town of Lom. For this purpose a contract for renting a property is concluded, which will be subsequently purchased by SDDD EOOD. The property with ID 44238.604.152 is located in the Bahchite area on the territory of the town of Lom, Lom, reg. Montana. The technical design has provided the building to be located on one level and is designed in two rooms to serve for repair and servicing of motor vehicles. The building is planned to be completed in two stages - the first stage is an autoclave with an area of ​​153.97 m2 and the second stage has a built-up area of ​​148.67 m2. Subject of financing of this project proposal is construction only at I stage. The equipment and the furniture needed for putting into operation and performing the services in this car complex will be purchased with own funds by the candidate "SDID" EOOD. These assets are described in detail in Table 2 of Appendix 3 Business Plan. Main activities of the car kit 1. Installation of standard gas systems, gas injection, hydrogen cells, diagnostics of alternative fuel systems already in place. 2. Repair - restoration of old "retro" cars by applying old crafts, namely "Tinning and vulcanization" 3. Computer diagnostics and all vehicle maintenance services - light and load-fitting, disassembly and tire balancing, oil change, brake pads, etc. parts, alignment, etc Target group: All car owners wishing to replace standard with alternative and environmentally friendly fuels. Owners of old-retro cars. The implementation of the project will contribute to the development of non-agricultural activities, with potential for sustainable development, which is related to creation of employment outside the agriculture sector. In this respect, the main objectives fully meet the Specific Objective 1.2 Diversification of the Local Economy of the LOG LOG and the Measure 6.4 "Investments in Support of Non-agricultural Activities" from the RDP.
