Project proposal Improvement of the activity and modernization of the grocery store "Toni - V.Tsvetkov" is related to the improvement of the conditions, efficiency and sustainability of a 15 year old food retail business. Because of the technical and moral aging of much of the inventory and equipment available in the shop, there is a need to purchase new furniture to improve the location and capacity of the products, in terms of available space and new equipment, which would reduce overheads, storage of the products and would increase the possibility of a larger assortment maintained. Currently, due to the lack of enough quality appliances and furniture, store "TONI" does not use its full capacity to offer a diverse and attractive assortment, maintaining attractive availability for customers to form a complete shopping cart. This is also the reason for the need for renewal, in order to improve the main financial indicators such as realized turnover and increasing the value of the average shopping cart. he project fully responds fully to Specific Objective 1.2 "Diversification of the Local Economy" of the LOG LOG's Strategy for Creating Sustainable Development of Non-agricultural Activities, which is related to the creation of employment outside the agriculture sector. It is also planned to open a new job for one employee. As a result of the new machines purchased, new products will be offered as well as a new activity for preparing hot drinks and creating a corner for consumption. The main objective of the project is to establish a Tony shop as a sustainable local business. The activities planned within the project that will help to achieve the objectives are administration, purchase of the necessary equipment and equipment, installation and commissioning of the purchased equipment, equipment and machines and ordering of the assortment.
