The project proposal envisages the construction of a greenhouse in property № 58829.173.23 for cultivation of biologically certified crops, as well as construction of a storage facility for agricultural production and inventory in property № 58829.173.27, located on the territory of the village of Pchelarovo, Chernoochene municipality. The biologically certified crops grown in the greenhouse on rotation method of cultivation are: tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper, lettuce, spinach, parsley, dill and green onions. The production of the greenhouse will be kept in the new agricultural building, as well as the rest of the biologically certified production of the farm, which includes: peaches, cherries, plums, apricots and broad-leaved dung. One workplace will be created with the implementation of the project in the farm of Bahar Rushti Radzheb. With the commissioning of the planned buildings, compliance with all European standards that are relevant to the applicant's activity will be achieved. Along with this, the realization of the investments will lead to the creation of new opportunities for alternative profit collateral on the territory of the Mineral Baths - Chernoochene LIG.
