Construction of an eco village (glamping settlement) in the area of Vaglen, Aksakovo municipality, Varna Region

"Dara Expert" Ltd. was founded in 2012. The company operates in the sphere of services. As a result of the analysis of the situation and prospects in the service sector, the position and market share of the company was assessed at regional level and it was found that the current way of working is not efficient enough because it operates in an overly narrow sector. The potential of existing own assets and their location remain in the background. In view of the tendencies in the service sector, change is needed. A market niche was also revealed, also in the service sector - tourism services, but for the development of alternative tourism - eco tourism - glamping tourism. The management of the company has assessed its capabilities and intends to reposition by concentrating its efforts on the effective use of the assets owned, thus increasing its competitiveness and emerging in a new market - the tourism services market. The investment is for the construction of glamping settlement consisting of 10 equipped and furnished yurts for accommodation (10 accommodation) with an area of 20 sq.m each, incl. one equipped for people with disabilities; an equipped and furnished large yurt for general gatherings, seminars, lectures, activities, celebrations, amusement events and more, with an area of 32 square meters; one equipped yurt - sanitary unit - bathroom/toilet with an area of 12 sq.m. (with two ladies and two male compost toilets) in own property PI № 12406.31.163 with an area of 3954 sq.m, in the area "Dulgoto bilo" the land of the village of Vaglen, Aksakovo Municipality, Varna Region; a fence of rafters and gravel paths without changing the terrain and without any construction activities. The capacity of the glamping settlement is 30 beds. It is planned to supply the necessary materials for the implementation of the activities of the settlement. For the conduct of the marketing policy will be created a web site with the possibility of online bookings and payment.
