Modular mini dairy with a capacity of 500 liters of milk per day for the production of cheese, yellow cheese and yoghurt

“DAED MILK” EOOD (single member limited liability company) is a newly established company, with main aim constructing and commissioning of “Milk processing dairy”. The dairy is planned to be constructed on a Land plot (Property of the applicant) № 23025.501.235, within Surveyed Land Plot (Property) XIII-946, square 9, town of Dospat. The quality and the quantity of the row milk for the dairy is already ensured, coming from the cow farm of Mr. Rosen Djambazov-a father of the applicant. Processing of high-quality raw materials in a dairy farm with high-tech equipment presents an important advantage over the applicant's competitors to achieve low cost and high quality production as well as development of successful business. The project envisages delivery, installation and commission of a modular dairy with a processing capacity of 500 l cow's milk for a cycle of 5 to 7 hours, depending on the type of the final product. After commissioning, the dairy will operate at full capacity. The investment project is coordinated with Bulgarian food safety agency as well as with the Chief architect of Dospat municipality. The terrain is situated on a steep slope with a great displacement, which requires implementation of excavation and leveling activities as well as construction of retaining walls before the modular dairy installation. A technological expert, one worker and the applicant himself will carry out the daily service of the dairy. In order to ensure a constant amount of row milk a process of controlled lactation will be introduced among the cows in the farm of Mr. Rosen Djambazov (50 cows bred using artificial insemination). On the other hand, contracts with local farmers in the region will also be signed. The main goal of the project is "Creating a competitive family business by constructing and commissioning a “Milk processing dairy”, for production of cow's cheese, yellow cheese and yoghurt with guaranteed high quality." The implementation period is 24 months.
