At present, the heating in the guest house is done with electric stoves, which is not appropriate. Summer has a problem with the heat and it is necessary to buy an air conditioner (hot / cold), as well as 10 pcs. convectors with the purpose of heating in winter and cooling during the summer. It is also necessary to purchase a 500 liters boiler with two coils as it is planned to build a solar hot water installation. A boiler that is 250 liters is currently being purchased and is totally inadequate. In order to heat the boiler for the house and with the residual energy of the pool it is necessary to purchase a system of solar water collectors, part of a heating system for DHW. The house has a large courtyard that is not fully used as it is not equipped.
