CONSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT OF A SELF-SERVICE AUTO

The "Car wash" project of "Auto Auto 69" Ltd. envisages the construction of a car washer for external washing of cars and light trucks, self-service with mounted 2 pcs, Easy Wash A800 washing machines. The car wash will be built in a plot of land owned by Di Auto 69 EOOD, UPI XXV-for KOO, 157, Lyaskovets, PZ, Lyaskovets municipality. The project envisages the construction of a one-storey building, a metal structure with three-layer thermal insulation panels for the roof and the walls. The built-up area is 75.8 m². In the courtyard there will be a permanent parking area of ​​5 cars waiting for parking. for each cell.The main modules of the car wash equipment are installed in the technical room, and the coin-operated machines, washing guns, and non-contact washes are mounted in the washing cells. The equipment consists of: 1. Easy Wash A800 Self Washing Module - 2 pcs. The main elements of the machine are located in a board with dimensions 1500 mm, width 1000 mm and depth 500 mm. 2. High pressure hoses. Connect the high pressure pump with the cold water spray gun. 3. Water management distributors are mounted above the swivel arms in the washing cells. 4. Rotating arm - INOX - 200 mm - 2 pcs. It is mounted on the ceiling in the washing cell. Used to carry high pressure hoses and to prevent washed vehicles from contact with high pressure hoses when washing the vehicle; 5. High pressure gun - 2 pcs. Designed to wash the vehicle with cold water, place it in the washing cell in a thermally insulated stand; 6. Thermally insulated high pressure gun - 2 pcs. 7. Dosing system (spray) is used to apply non-contact washes - 2 pcs. 8. Coin-operated program management machine - 2 pcs. They are mounted in the washing cells
