This project proposal presents the investment intentions of the company "BIO CLEAN" Ltd., to develop a new main business activity, namely the accommodation of tourists. The business plan presents a financially and economically justified investment in building a guest house for the development of integrated rural tourism. The main objective of the current investment is to provide services and tourist products that favor the development of rural tourism in the area, supporting the preservation of the traditions and cultural heritage of the settlement as well as promoting employment and promoting the development of integrated tourism in rural areas. The main activities for the implementation of the project include major overhaul of a building floor, supply of furniture and equipment to provide accommodation for 16 people and installation of a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity for own use with a power of 3 kWp. The total built-up area of ​​the guest house is 313.30 square meters and the value of the investment is estimated at BGN 94085.46. After realization of the investment, the company will start a whole new activity in order to satisfy the growing demand. In addition, favorable conditions will be created for the appointment of additional staff. As a result of the implementation of the project, sustainable employment growth in the rural area is expected, improving the quality and quantity of the services provided by the company as well as reducing the harmful impact on the environment and improving the sustainability of the pressure on it.
