Ongoing renovation of an existing community center in RLE III, pg.43, along the PUP of Pavel village, Polski Trambesh municipality

This project proposal covers the On-going repair of an existing community center in RLE III, p. The object of the present project is an existing community center building on three floors. It has a massive skeletal support structure - reinforced concrete columns beams and slabs, on reinforced concrete foundations and brick wall enclosures. The roof is sloped, made of wooden supporting structure, covered with tiles, its drainage is externally with gutters and gutters. On the first floor is foreseen renovation of hallway №2 and hall №2. it is planned to dismantle the carpeting. Removal of wooden paneling on walls, putty and painting.Painting ceilings. Change of luminaires. Replacement of wooden doors with aluminum in vestibule № 1 and 2. Replacement of wooden joinery with new PVC in vestibule № 3. On the second and third floor is foreseen repair of all premises - dismantling of wooden paneling, putty and painting of walls. Re-painting of ceilings. Replacement of luminaires. Replacement of interior and exterior doors with aluminum. Exterior facades will be repainted, dismantling roof tiles, laying waterproofing foil and re-installing the same tiles. Dismantling of gutters and gutters and replacement with new PVCs. All wooden windows should be replaced with PVC. The main target groups within the project are all residents and guests of Pavel village, Polski Trambesh municipality, who will benefit from the renovation of the building. The main results of the project will be the ongoing renovation of the existing community center in Pavel, in particular the town of Polski Trambesh and an improved living environment, as a key condition for economic development, retention of the population and diversification of the rural area. The implementation of the project will respect the principles of horizontal policies and ensure maximum involvement of all stakeholders.
