“Rehabilitation of existing public recreation zone with sports and children playground in inner district park area in Pavlikeni”

The project proposal foresees: realization of investment project for construction of safe and modern multifunctional playground with artificial turf flooring which will replace the old concrete ground; repairs and enlargement of the existing children playground as well as making of new pedestrian alleys which will lead to the grounds. It is planned to construct electricity lighting infrastructure and place benches for recreation. The investment project will be implemented in two phases, and the current project proposal includes the first phase. As a result of the investment the public needs will be satisfied permanently and a better place for living will be created for the citizens of Pavlikeni town; they will be able to spend their spare time in more rational way, too. The activities included in the project proposal are the following: organization, management and accounting of the project activities; implementation of construction and repair works; execution of independent construction supervision and investment control during the construction works; execution of designer’s supervision during the construction works. The creation of the necessary conditions for practicing sports consistently, as well as raising the sports awareness and activity of the citizens, is a priority direction of the social policy of Pavlikeni municipality. Such activities are of high priority for the municipal sports policy and they correspond to the adopted trend for improvement and activation of the physical training and sports in Pavlikeni. Once the investment has been done, all citizens and guests of town will have access to the renovated public zone, while the children will be able to have fun in a wide range of games.
